The Company received notification on 30 January 2008 from Odey Asset Management that on 19 November 2007, they acquired a further interest that resulted in a total holding of 4,165,736 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company, representing 7.09% per cent. of the Company\'s current issued share capital.
