The Company received notification on 1 May 2008 from BlackRock, Inc. that on 23 April 2008, it acquired a further interest that resulted in a total holding of 6,183,363 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company, representing 10.08% per cent. of the Company\'s current issued share capital.
