DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDING

Pursuit Dynamics PLC (AIM: PDX), the developer and exploiter of the PDX platform technology, was today notified by Brian Sweeney, a director of the Company, that he has purchased 10,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 205.65p per share. Mr Sweeney now holds 180,000 ordinary shares in the Company, being approximately 0.29% of the issued ordinary share capital of Pursuit Dynamics PLC\'s 61,293,005 ordinary shares of 1p each.
