Pursuit Dynamics PLC (AIM: PDX), the developer and exploiter of the PDX platform technology, was notified on 15 September 2008 by Brian Sweeney, a director of the Company, that he has purchased 10,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 143.00p per share. Mr Sweeney now holds 190,000 ordinary shares in the Company, being approximately 0.31% of the issued ordinary share capital of Pursuit Dynamics PLC.
