The Company received notification on 19 May 2009 from BlackRock, Inc that on 18 May 2009, it disposed of an interest of 25,000 ordinary shares. Following the transaction, BlackRock has a total holding of 6,123,613 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company, representing 9.98% per cent. of the Company\'s current issued share capital.
