The Company received notification on 3 June 2009 from BlackRock, Inc. that on 1 June 2009, it had voting rights over 6,123,613 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") and an additional 1,041,700 voting rights held through contracts for differences ("CFDs"). Following the transaction, BlackRock, Inc. has total voting rights of 7,165,313 Ordinary Shares, representing 11.68% per cent. of the Company\'s current issued share capital.
The Company also received notification on 3 June 2009 from BlackRock UK Absolute Alpha Fund that on 1 June 2009, it had voting rights over 1,442,352 Ordinary Shares and an additional 1,025,000 voting rights held through CFDs. Following the transaction BlackRock UK Absolute Alpha Fund. has total voting rights of 2,467,352 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company, representing 4.02% per cent. of the Company\'s current issued share capital.
