The Company received notification on 16th September 2009 from John Christopher Morley that following the increase in the Company's issued share capital to 65,023,452 he has a total holding of 10,607,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company, representing 16.3% per cent. of the Company's current issued share capital.
