The Company received notification on 31 March 2010 from Mr J Heathcote that on the same day, he reduced his interest in ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). Following the transaction, Mr. J Heathcote has total voting rights of 3,972,700 Ordinary Shares, representing 6.1% per cent. of the Company\'s current issued share capital.
