Holdings in Company
The Company received notification on 5th July from BlackRock Inc. that on 1st July 2010 it had voting rights over 7,960,868 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") and an additional 1,441,700 voting rights held through contracts for difference ("CFDs"). Accordingly, at that date BlackRock Inc had total voting rights of 9,402,568 Ordinary Shares representing 13.46% per cent. of the Company`s current issued share capital.
The Company also received notification on 5th July 2010 from BlackRock UK Absolute Alpha Fund that on 1st July 2010 it had voting rights over 2,465,493 Ordinary Shares and an additional 1,425,000 voting rights through CFDs. Accordingly, at that date BlackRock UK Absolute Alpha Fund has total voting rights of 3,890,493 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company, representing 5.57% per cent. of the Company`s current issued share capital.
